Outdoor STEM Activities for Kids: Explore the World with a Microscope

We are more than happy that Science Teacher Mom and kids had a great adventure with the uHandy Mobile Microscope. Let's take a glance at their morning exploration.

"Children love to use real science tools and nothing yells science more than a microscope. I received this cool pocket uHandy Mobile Microscope and I just love that it fits right in my purse and the boys can explore the world around them! All you need is your camera open on your cell phone and you can record and take pictures of your microscopic findings !

We went to our favorite spot grabbed our nature walk supplies from our Summer Camp in a Box and our uHandy Mobile Microscope and we were set for the morning Adventures!

.

Science: A microscope is a piece of lab  equipment that is used to examine objects that are too small to be seen by the naked eye. With the invention of the microscope, humans were now able to discover new worlds within biology, and modern medicine.

.

Teacher: The price point of the uHandy Lite Microscopes is great and the quality is wonderful. Great for remote learning because your cell phone or table magnifies the picture and you can now show students live specimens or take pictures and show them later.  Would also be great to set up in the classroom if your school doesn’t have microscopes or if you are just doing a quick demo.

.

Mom: Definitely an easy affordable purchase to level up your homeschool curriculum. You can take it with you on a nature walk, while your puddle jumping, to the pond and allow your little discoverers explore the world around them."
